                                                                   Barcelona

Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights(OHCHR),
Palais des Nations
CH-1211 Geneva 10, Switzerland

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about my recent created association Salvem Vides to encourage the health  of childrens of Liberia where is the country with the greatest number of people deprived of health service We are very disappointed with the isolation of some regions of this country and his poor facilities to move around.

I would like to point out that Liberia is one of the poorest countries in the world and don't have the comforts and facilities that a developing country must have. I refer to the isolation of many villages that don't enjoy with the basic needs such as foodstuff, water and hygiene, because to get basic needs like food and water they must to go over on foot to achieve find them, sometimes they must to cross to dangerous and isolating roads. Hygiene is another problem that affect to Liberian people, because there is a scarcity of water and soap to wash his body and clothes.

In view of the scarcity of these basic needs, Liberia has become a focus of diseases, and the worst problem is that they don't have near his  hospitals and medical centers to supply the necessary vaccines to avoid or treat many devasting diseases.

I strongly urge you to hold me and my association Salvem Vides to provide tools, necessary medicine and some stretchers to built an asylum to accomodate patients infected by some disease and put necessary vaccines at childrens that needs.

Yours faithfully,

Guillem Palomeras

CAN WE MAKE HUMAN RIGHTS MORE RELEVANT IN THE WORLD TODAY?(WITH THE HELP OF SOCIAL NETWORKS

The human rights are laws related in the behaviour and the respect of people, but not always these rights are accomplish. In some cases this human rights aren't value in some people, for any problems related in his physical or cultural live.

For example in the case of to find a job, some people are more undervalue form other people. In most of business before take on a person, they study his character hu¡is experience in the job, but always they see his physichs and sometimes take on a person of the same country before a person of other country, this problem it's called racism, and this problem it becomes a relaity in our world. I think that we need to value a person for his experience his character or his desires to work and we not value a person for his aspect religion or culture, because we don't know, if a foreigner is most calificate of a person of this country, and sometimes we lose people highly qualified.

We passed the Tower of London and we entry to the Tower Bridge that was built when London was still a thriving port in 1894. When we arrived at the end of the bridge we got off in a beutiful and clean park where we had some pictures of the London Bridge that could see perfectly.

The paintings was set in different landscapes, houses, buildings or self-portrait from an important figure of these century. There was a plenty of different colours combined with some figures and shapes which gave them a meaning or a representation. As I don't do Art History I couldn't knew the meaning of the most of these paintings and portraits his colours and figures, but I kept seeing us.

At 11:30h we got out from the museum and the teachers told us that we had free time until 16:30h. We decided to went to Oxford Street that is one of London's main shopping streets. CAN LOVE LAST FOREVER?

It is a well known that love are often involved in a sentimental and emotional state in which persons feels confortable with someone who gives you support to superate the conflicts and problems that you may be have in the journal days of our lifes and prove to understand that you need some help to think about funny and pleasent things and moments to forget the harmful or bad things for example the job when you are adult or the studies when you are a teenager.

Many people may be think that love it is not important for our lifes, we mustn't only refer to love couple in the question, because it is possible to love a friend an a relative not only to our couples.

In my view all people need to love and be loved, we just need to find some firends or a couple that understand you that we can trust them in difficult times that offers their support to superate the obstacles of life. Therefore we must think that can love last forever because if do you have this type of friends or couples surely you will stay by your side, and will be a love last forever, can only rely on people who stay at your side.

In addition not all relationships are often more comfortable, and many people try to hold the relationship. I believe that if you don't trust in yout couple is better to break it off the relationship, beacuse some of them can be complicated to the extend that can be used to abused by the people who you loved, and it is clear that in this case the love is not last forever suffer from love is not a real love.

In conclusion love may be can last forever, if do you are surrounded by people that you know who loves you, but if this person don't value you it's possible that this love can't last forever.

I think everyone needs to love and be loved, either with your couple with your friends or the family, but everyone needs to feel that someone has really loves you and knows that you can always rely on that person when you need more someone by your side. We often need to be loved or loved to forget certain problems or conflicts that we have at certain times in order to spend fun and emotional time without thinking with the problems that we have in our live. There are people who find it difficult to express their feelings, but I think it's not becomes difficult love, since anyone can give and receive love and for no one will feel alone.

DOES HUMOR PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN LIFE

Humor is an important physical state that consisting clear people minds with amounts of problems and negative things to have a little minute to disconect of work.

I think that if a person has humor it's an important step to get a positive mind to solve problems or to disconect of the rules that invade your mind. This is the moment when you are being with your friends laughting and telling new experiences or things that you want to share with them.

And the people who don't want to share with others to tell about what they did the previous it's probably that this person will be depressed or alone without nobody who hold them.

In conclusion I think that a person needs humor to lead problems and to clean minds with positive energy and to have good times.

PERSONAL OPINION OF GRADUATION...NOW WHAT?

I agree with the speech of this teacher that the students that working every day at every moment, who strives to get good grades, are the students who can will choose thei future, their future job and where they want to will be studying.

I think that all students are ability to study what they want to be independent. Only students needed one thing: to have grit and put the enthusiastically for solve problems and to overcome your goals. The most important is not the intelligence, because if you don't use the intelligence it ends, is the effort and dedication, so you can will make the best future for your life.

OPINION ESSAY

We have learnt to take better care of our planet. Do you agree?

During this third term we have learnt a lot about global issues, we make a presentations to the class about how to fight and the solutions of the global issues, also we watched videos and some pictures that it alarms us to protect the planet, and the teacher taught us how we save  and help the planet related with the topics that we had chosen for the presentations.

We don't agree with the sentence, because:
Firstly, referring to the sentence, actually there are a lot of people who continue polluting our planet, because they don't know the damage that they do to the environment. In many places around the world the people suffer from many diseases for live surrounded by garbage, toxic gases, polluted water and sometimes the water is stagnant for fault of oil that has been spilled at the sea, causing the death of many animals, plants and sometimes cause boat accidents, because oil is sticky and makes that the boat slip and can not be controlled.
Secondly, in the world there are still wars and dictatorships and these don't care about our planet, because wars wipe out many lives and entire countries, and dictatorships enslave a part of the populations to consider them inferior to others.
Finally we think that the polution has to finish in all it forms, because may be one day the planet would be extinct cause a lot of pollution that we produce every day. During these latest years the ice of the countries located in the poles is still melting and the sea levels rises, that this fact can caused the flooding of some cities situated a few meters above sea level.
We found a solution that consist in to get the peace in the whole world and accepted people as they are, make disappear the racial problems and coperate together to reach to the maximum peace between citizens of differents nacionalities.
We suggested that a solution for this problem may be can be teaching people that they aren't throwing things into the environment, because causes some disadvantages against the whole planet and possibly hurt their live.

STRUCTURE(10%): 10%
CONTENT(40%): 30%
LANGUAGE(15%): 9%
BODY LANGUAGE(10%): 10%
PRONUNCIATION(15%): 11%
NEW WORDS: slum, trigger, dictatorship, lack
FINAL MARK: 8

I think my final mark in this presentation is a 8, it's for me a brilliant note, because I was creative, I knew what we had to tell and I think that the structure of Prezi was correct. I think I have practiced a lot of vocabulary and language that is the part that I haven't controled very well.
Off the three presentations that I have made this year I think the most emotive for me was the last one The poverty, because with my friends of the presentation we have organized very well and we also understand well that is the most important for a presentation.

FRANKENSTEIN'S QUESTIONS

1) Should scientific research have limits? Ethics and Genetics. I think that the scientific research, if it have limits, because we have to think about the lives of the poor animals or plants which the scientifics use to make experiments or tries to discover new theories, but I think that discover new cells to cure persons are good for the future.
2) What is the relationship between human rationality and emotion? The relationship between these concepts is that the human rationality are the actions we do and the human emotion are the feeling that we have.
3)What is the role of the individual in relationship to society and the family? The role of the individual relationship to society are more closed or with fewer confidence that the relationship to the family, is in my case.
4) What are the consequences of judging by apparences only? To judge a person, first you have to know her charachter and emotions, sometimes you should not trust the apparences that we have, because in many cases fool us, and it may be the person who we judged be the person who will help us in the future.
5) Can you explore these dycothomies in the story?

  • mortality/immortality: there are a succes of mortality when the family of Frankenstein was died in hands of the monster, and immortality, the monster feels immortality because he has created for a diversion of Frankenstein and the monster think that he must be immortal.
  • hero/villain:  the hero of the story was Frankenstein, because he could create a new creature with torn pieces and many objects, and the villain of the story are the monster for kill the family of Frankenstein, but Frankenstein also was a villain because he don't build a wife for a monster.
  • reason/emotion: the monster had a reason for kill the family of Frankenstein. because Victor don't help us, and emotion, when the monster meets her new family, because in the begining they look after the monster.
  • individual/family/society: individual was the monster, because he not have any friends, the family was the family of Frankenstein, and the society was the people of the village who threw rocks ate the monster.
  • happiness/tragedy: in the story we found the happiness of Victor Frankenstein when he created the monster, and the tragedy of the Victor's family who the monster have killed everybody.
