Do you know that I loved Sarah, but you decided to forget our friendliness and continue with Sarah, and I decided that if I don't trust with some friend I can't consider his my friend, so I don't want to see you anymore.

ARE WE TOO DEPENDENTON MOBILE PHONES? COULD WE LIVE WITHOUT MOBILE PHONES NOWDAYS?

In my opinion, the mobile phone are often the pertinece the object more used in our planet in recent years for its effectively connecting with Internet and the dozen of apps that has access to.

Many people think that mobile phone has become our best friend and we don't ever give up, surely we always carry it on, and we can't hold on five minutes without unlocking it ¿Why mobile phone has become my best friend? In recent years the technology has progressed and has created new apps such us Whats App, Internet, Intagram or new web sites that it have be waiting for the mobile phone.

I believe that I can't live without mobile phone, because I need it. I use it to chat with my friends or to know how are my family or simply ask for homework or exams when I don't remember things of the school. Also I use it when I had to search information for any task of homework, before using the computer I prefer my mobile phone, because is more practic and takes less time to searching and to up and running.

Therefore I really need my mobile phone in my live, because if anyone would take away or if I lose it, surely I would miss it

INTERNET CHANGED OUR LIFE

It is well known that Internet are often involved in our lifes, because it becomes the most used searching in our world, because it gives some information about something that we want to know, but also it teach childrens some dangerous behaviours that we can't evit.

In my view the Internet has chnaged our life also in a positive way because it gives us information to do our homework, to know about some topics, to enter in social networks and it becomes a tool that can help you at any time, even if you get lost in some isolate area, Internet can help you giving direction to arrived at your destination.

However Internet have some negatives sides. Intenet has caused the change of behaviour in many childrens, because it provides websides that teaches at children values that are very different from the past. Before when childrens leave school, they were playing in the park with his friends and were in contact of other childrens. Now when childrens leave school go home fast to shut himslef in the room to view some programms or playing at videogames in the Internet, and don't related physically with anyone. Schools have feel a decline in the value of education and the increase in agressive behaviour of some students over others.

To sump up I think that families must control his childrens and must ensure that they aren't much time hooked on Internet, and for example start doing other activities not related with Internet, for example out for a walk with your sons or with the bikes or go to the park to children can have contact with other childrens.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about my recent created association Salvem Vides to encourage the health  of childrens of Liberia where is the country with the greatest number of people deprived of health service We are very disappointed with the isolation of some regions of this country and his poor facilities to move around.

I would like to point out that Liberia is one of the poorest countries in the world and don't have the comforts and facilities that a developing country must have. I refer to the isolation of many villages that don't enjoy with the basic needs such as foodstuff, water and hygiene, because to get basic needs like food and water they must to go over on foot to achieve find them, sometimes they must to cross to dangerous and isolating roads. Hygiene is another problem that affect to Liberian people, because there is a scarcity of water and soap to wash his body and clothes.

In view of the scarcity of these basic needs, Liberia has become a focus of diseases, and the worst problem is that they don't have near his  hospitals and medical centers to supply the necessary vaccines to avoid or treat many devasting diseases.

I strongly urge you to hold me and my association Salvem Vides to provide tools, necessary medicine and some stretchers to built an asylum to accomodate patients infected by some disease and put necessary vaccines at childrens that needs.

Yours faithfully,

WRITE A LETTER TO YOUR TUTOR/SUPERVISOR EXPLAINING HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO ORGANISE YOUR WORK AND WHERE YOU INTEND TO LOOK FOR IMFORMATION ABOUT THE SUBJECT

                                                                                                             16, Oxford Street
                                                                                                              London
                                                                                                              18th April 2017
C/Rentador, 12
Castelló d'Empúries

Dear Montse,

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent research project about lemurs of Madagascar, an animal in danger of extinction, and I write to you to get more information about these animals.

The problems of the lemurs extinction begins when a plage of predators attacked lemurs and these animals had to find a hiding to scape from these predators to be safe.

Instead of we will have to organize our work that we have from the live of lemurs and we will have to travel to Madagascar to find the causes of exctinction of lemurs.

I would like to point out that we will have to investigate the conditions of the places and habitats where lemurs live and move around, They usually live in tropical forests and savannah hanging on trees. Apart from the predators, we have to make sure that the conditions of temperature and humidity are favourables for the live of these animals, because many lemurs have been extinct for the enviromental conditions of the area where they live.

I find it unacceptable that the government does nothing to protect lemurs from predators, because sometimes these predators are humans that would want the skin of lemurs to make clothes.

I suggested to create an association of surveillance to evit the death of lemurs and to fight to predators and the unfavorable conditions to make his life easier.

Yours faithfully

DISCUSS THE EFFECTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE IN YOUR COUNTRY. DO YOU THINK MEASURES SHOULD BE TAKEN TO STOP OR AT LEATS SLOW DOWN ITS EFFECTS ON THE PLANET

In recent years, the climate change has been the most devastating phenomenon which has arrived to in a polluted planet, and it has destroyed most of protected landscapes and it has provoked the extinction of many species.

On the one hand, a hip part of the population has been affected by the climate change that in recent years has acted versus our planet. It’s effects have become to disappear a plenty of landscapes, the most important example are the Arctic and Antarctic continents where the ice melted and this caused the rising sea levels which has led the extinction of many polar bears since his habitat has been destroyed.

There are most of examples to recognize that climate change suppose a serious problem, but we need to take measures to be able to slow down its effects, for example reducing the transport in cities, promote recycling or reuse some materials or avoid dumping toxic waste...

In conclusion these measures are important to achieve reducing the emissions in the atmosphere that will cause the warming of the planet.

CAN WE MAKE HUMAN RIGHTS MORE RELEVANT IN THE WORLD TODAY?(WITH THE HELP OF SOCIAL NETWORKS

The human rights are laws related in the behaviour and the respect of people, but not always these rights are accomplish. In some cases this human rights aren't value in some people, for any problems related in his physical or cultural live.

For example in the case of to find a job, some people are more undervalue form other people. In most of business before take on a person, they study his character hu¡is experience in the job, but always they see his physichs and sometimes take on a person of the same country before a person of other country, this problem it's called racism, and this problem it becomes a relaity in our world. I think that we need to value a person for his experience his character or his desires to work and we not value a person for his aspect religion or culture, because we don't know, if a foreigner is most calificate of a person of this country, and sometimes we lose people highly qualified.

OPINION ESSAY

We have learnt to take better care of our planet. Do you agree?

During this third term we have learnt a lot about global issues, we make a presentations to the class about how to fight and the solutions of the global issues, also we watched videos and some pictures that it alarms us to protect the planet, and the teacher taught us how we save  and help the planet related with the topics that we had chosen for the presentations.

We don't agree with the sentence, because:
Firstly, referring to the sentence, actually there are a lot of people who continue polluting our planet, because they don't know the damage that they do to the environment. In many places around the world the people suffer from many diseases for live surrounded by garbage, toxic gases, polluted water and sometimes the water is stagnant for fault of oil that has been spilled at the sea, causing the death of many animals, plants and sometimes cause boat accidents, because oil is sticky and makes that the boat slip and can not be controlled.
Secondly, in the world there are still wars and dictatorships and these don't care about our planet, because wars wipe out many lives and entire countries, and dictatorships enslave a part of the populations to consider them inferior to others.
Finally we think that the polution has to finish in all it forms, because may be one day the planet would be extinct cause a lot of pollution that we produce every day. During these latest years the ice of the countries located in the poles is still melting and the sea levels rises, that this fact can caused the flooding of some cities situated a few meters above sea level.
We found a solution that consist in to get the peace in the whole world and accepted people as they are, make disappear the racial problems and coperate together to reach to the maximum peace between citizens of differents nacionalities.
We suggested that a solution for this problem may be can be teaching people that they aren't throwing things into the environment, because causes some disadvantages against the whole planet and possibly hurt their live.

FINAL REFLECTION

1) I can see an improvement on your level of English the past year/s? Where, for example? Yes, thanks to presentations that I had done in this cours, because I searched many words that I have learn, and the tasks which I explain things of my life, it helped me in the language constructions and the vocabulary that it's very important for English know new words.
2) Which activity best shows your level of English? The presentations and the tasks that I had done in the course, because I try to strain myself to show all the contents of the task or the presentations.
3)Which activites were really USEFUL for you to improve your English? Why? I think that the activity that was difficult for me to improve my English are the listenings and readings of PET o KET, because during listenings the spoker was talking very fast and with many difficult words, and readings are very difficult, because the options are very similar.
4) Which activities did you NOT find useful to learn English? Why not? I don't have a activity that I hadn't learnt English, but if I have to opt for the videos, because are the task that we learn less English, because we don't use new vocabulary for make the video.
5) Which activities would like to do again next year to keep on imrpving your English? The kahoot and the presentations, because I had a good time when we are doing this activities, and for improve my English.
6) Open comments (...More ideas, suggestions for activities, suggestion for new topics...). I think that we have to do for the next year more listenings and readings for improve my level of English and do more plays related of grammar and vocabulary to practice for the selectivity.

SELF-ASSESSMENT OF THE PRESENTATION

NAME: Guillem Palomeras
TOPIC: The poverty
PRESENTATION/CREATIVE(10%): 10%
STRUCTURE(10%): 10%
CONTENT(40%): 30%
LANGUAGE(15%): 9%
BODY LANGUAGE(10%): 10%
PRONUNCIATION(15%): 11%
NEW WORDS: slum, trigger, dictatorship, lack
FINAL MARK: 8

I think my final mark in this presentation is a 8, it's for me a brilliant note, because I was creative, I knew what we had to tell and I think that the structure of Prezi was correct. I think I have practiced a lot of vocabulary and language that is the part that I haven't controled very well.
Off the three presentations that I have made this year I think the most emotive for me was the last one The poverty, because with my friends of the presentation we have organized very well and we also understand well that is the most important for a presentation.

DAY 3. LEÓN

This day we got much earlier than the other days, because we had to leave the hotel and go towards León. We breakfast quickly and rose in the room to did the suitcase and then we get on the bus which took us to the village where it were the natural spot of Las Médulas.
The bus stopped in a farmhouse, there we were a bit in the courtyard, because there were many animals such as turkeys, dogs, cats, chickens, hens, ducks, fishes..., with whom we had a pretty little bit, especially with the turkeys that were most extravagants and we were amused.
Then we went to lunch and after a while we were resting on a terrace next to the farmhouse. Then we went to the meeting point of Las Médulas and the guide explained us what is Las Medulas, how it created and what it was found. On leaving the information point we headed toward the route that had Las Médulas. I put suncream in the face, because the sun was burning me and we started walking. The rute was made of reddish clay falling to the rock that formed the natural spot and was very muddy, so you get the shoes dirty.
The route was quite long, but it was nice to look at the views and cliffs. After the tour we went up a bit of Las Médulas with bus, because it was a long walk to do. We arrived at the cave of the natural spot and we entered. It was a damp, dark and narrow cave where we also found some bats are hidden. When we left the cave we walked to the viewpoint and we could see the entire natural spot.
Upon arriving in León, we acommodated in the new hotel and we decided to have dinner together. In León is traditional to go to bars and eating tapas, and we do this.
After dinner we went to a pub and we stayed there dancing and singing the music played until the time exhausted and we went to the hotel.

When we arrived in the vantage point we took a group photo and we spend some time contemplating the landscape. Then we got off and we went to the "Museo de la Evolución Humana" of Burgos.
